Chairman's Message

Dhanjibhai Makasana

What is the secret behind the success of Makson Group? There might be n number of answers to this question, such as, best management, latest technology, creditability, the social commitment and so on. The progress that the Society has been showing continuously is the effect of excellent and cohesive team work of skilled staff, balanced guidance and people-oriented goals. I agree that all of these and various other aspects are a must for success. But at the same time, in my opinion, the most secret formula for success is dialogue between the management and the customer. Today, Makson has earned a lot of credits and has become a Role Model in the Confectionery field. It is a matter of pride to share that mostly all the MNCs that are involved in confectionery are associated with us. They trust us to either manufacture their product at our end or to provide our confectionery equipment to them.

We know that good citizenship is good business. It inspires employees, motivates customers, and extends our competitive advantage. But we also firmly believe that it is the right thing to do. With that in mind, we are committed to operating ethically, safely, and in an environmentally- sustainable manner, all the while giving back to our communities. At the same time, we continue our work to support the diverse needs of employees on and off the job, by organizing enriching volunteer experiences, wellness events and work-life management activities. We are proud of our employees and their efforts to help us fulfil this purpose in a socially conscious and environmentally responsible way.

These ancient words mean ‘May all the people in this universe live with happiness and prosperity’. Makson believes that business and long-term social benefit go hand in hand, knotted like the branches of a banyan tree.

When we see our business bringing happiness, prosperity and smiles to people across world, we believe we are doing good work.

My philosophy in life is to do as much good as I can for those who are less fortunate and to live as a common man.
